Engineering of sheet metal, roll forming and creating metal shapes

Boynes Springs custom designs and manufactures a range of metal shapes out of spring steel to be used in the construction and commercial industries. Clients across Western Australia contact us for metal shapes in various sizes.

Our facility is fitted with presses of different capacities. You can order a selection of products to suit almost any application. Chat to our team about your requirements.

Sheet metal

Order your flat materials and metal shapes, available in 0.2mm to 3mm thick. Largely used in machines, pump shafts and valves, these products can be manufactured in many different shapes. We mainly use spring steel but other materials can be supplied, depending on your specifications and needs.

Using premium sourced spring steel sheet metal in a wide range of sizes. A basis for all metal work, the sheets are then cut to size.

If you’re looking for springs to meet your industrial or commercial needs, our sheet metal can be folded into many different shapes, thanks to our automated and semi-automated coiling capabilities.

Metal engineering

Our sheet metal workshop is equipped to cut, shape and finish flat metal materials of any size and thickness. We provide heavy, medium and light fabrication, and manufacturing for commercial and industrial product development. Our metal engineering capabilities include:

  • Annealing
  • Induction hardening
  • Bending, folding and shaping
  • Hardening

Roll forming

An extremely versatile manufacturing method in the world of metallurgy, roll forming is the practise of continuously bending and shaping a strip of metal into the desired shape. This method is typically used when making spring coils, which we produce for clients across all industries and sectors.

Contact us today for an obligation-free quote for various metal shapes. We will cut and shape sheet metal to meet all your commercial and industrial requirements.
