Our Osborne Park facility has a host of presses of different capacities, which lets you order a host of products for almost any application across industries. Our expert team will be able to assist you in getting what you need.

Sheet Metal

We have flat materials and metal shapes available in 0.2mm to 3mm thicknesses. These are used in machines, pump shafts, and valves, and can be manufactured in many different shapes. At Boynes Springs, we mostly make use of spring steel but can supply other materials, depending on your specifications and needs.

As part of our metal engineering process, we use a premium-grade spring steel sheet metal in a wide range of sizes. We can also fold our sheet metal into many different shapes, thanks to our automated and semi-automated coiling capabilities.

Metal Form Engineering

At our workshop, we’re equipped to cut, shape, and finish flat metal materials of virtually any size and thickness. We produce heavy, medium, and light fabrication and manufacturing for commercial and industrial product development. We also offer other metal engineering capabilities, including:

  • Annealing
  • Induction Hardening
  • Bending, folding, and shaping
  • Hardening

Roll Forming

Roll forming is an incredibly versatile manufacturing method and is the practice of bending a strip of metal into your required shape, based on your specifications and requirements. We typically use this method when making spring coils, which we produce for clients across all industries and sectors.
