Bring your designs to us. A sample is always best, but detailed drawings and specifications help give us the information we need to bring your design to life. From there, we would note the necessary information, including wire size and type, the inside and outside diameters, the total coil count and more. Our team would reach out in case other measurements are needed. Having all these would aid us in providing an accurate quote.
Please note that we only manufacture custom wire forms, springs, and flat materials based on the designs and specifications provided by our customers. We do not design the spring itself.
Once the specifications and order details are finalised, we will begin the production of your custom springs or wireforms in our Perth spring manufacturing facility. We always test our springs and follow ISO-standard processes for consistent quality and performance.
While the majority of custom spring orders can be done within 1-2 weeks, the final turnaround time would depend on the size and complexity of the project. If your specifications are more complex, it may require additional time, which we would inform you of in advance.
