Springs are not very big or expensive, however they can play a major role in mechanical assembly, and should therefore be designed and built to the very highest standards.
Boynes Springs has been manufacturing springs and wire form products in Western Australia since 1966. Our extensive industry experience has enabled us to develop systems and documented procedures that have been assessed and approved for Quality Assurance certification to ISO 9001:2000.
At Boynes, you have the option of using Range 3 metals for your components. With a higher tensile strength, Range 3 metals provide better spring memory than standard Range 2. Range 3 metal springs also have a longer lifespan than Range 2 metals, with a higher number of cycles and better resilience in heavy-usage situations. Much like music and piano wire, Range 3 metals have a super-strong tensile ability designed to cope with frequent use!
We believe our commitment to customer service is what sets us apart from our competitors. For this reason, we continually monitor and regularly review our Quality Policy and Quality Management System. Senior Management also requires that our personnel:
- Provide prompt and professional service
- Consistently meet and/or exceed our customers’ expectations
- Continually strive to raise our standards
- Eradicate detected variations of processes, and
- Strive to improve efficiency of all business activities
Boynes Springs produces quality springs, wire shapes and flat metal products that are both safe and reliable, and we ensure all work is performed correctly the first time, every time.
